Scares me a bit about Unohana in this picture, she's the only one who looks sad and doesn't draw her sword, as if maybe she was going to die.
Such as Aizen was the only seen closing his eyes in the previous All-Captains picture, alluding to his "death" (when he still played the nice guy).
